About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry, located in Concord, New Hampshire. Requirements

Active NH or Compact RN license; must be current at submission
NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses
BLS certification required
NHISS needed prior to start
1–2 years minimum Med-Surg/Telemetry experience
Dysrhythmia exam to be completed during onboarding; target score 80%
RTO (time off) must be included at time of submission

Nice To Haves

ACLS preferred
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients under physician orders
Monitor cardiac rhythms via telemetry, interpret common arrhythmias, and respond per unit protocol
Administer medications and therapies, manage IV lines, and document in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans; participate in discharge planning and patient education
Maintain patient safety through accurate monitoring, infection prevention, and adherence to professional standards
May float to related units within the system as needed to meet unit acuity and census
