About The Position

This is a 14-week travel assignment for a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry at a hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. The role involves monitoring telemetry data, administering medications, performing patient assessments, and collaborating with the care team. The position starts on 08/31/2026 and offers 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 12-hour night shift with a 2x3 schedule. The nurse may be required to float to nearby affiliated locations within the region to support patient needs.

Requirements

Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state at the time of submission
2+ years of Telemetry or related Med-Surg experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NHISS required prior to start
Dysrhythmia exam completed during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% or higher
NURSYS license verification showing all active RN licenses
EMR experience (Cerner experience preferred but not required)
RTO (time off) must be included at submission
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and travel as a traveler
Willingness to float to affiliated regional locations as needed

Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry data and vital signs; identify rhythm disturbances and respond per protocol
Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects; document interventions in the EMR
Perform ongoing patient assessments; communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to coordinate care
Provide patient and family education as appropriate; assist with procedures and transfers
Maintain patient safety, apply the care plan, and participate in on-call workflows as required
May be asked to float to affiliated locations within the region to support patient needs
