About The Position

Registered Nurse, Tele nursing specialty, Portland, Oregon. This travel assignment starts 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range is $1,899–$2,041 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Night shift on a 3x12 schedule. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of assignment (Oregon) – Required.
Minimum two years of recent nursing experience in the field.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS or ARC-ALS as required by policy.
EPIC electronic health record experience – Required.

BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Assess patients, collect relevant data, analyze findings, and identify care issues to guide the care plan.
Develop and implement a care plan with prescribed interventions to achieve outcomes, then monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Coordinate care delivery with the interdisciplinary team, families, and patients to promote a safe, healing environment.
Provide education and health information to patients and families; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Delegate appropriately and supervise activities of various levels of nursing staff as part of the care team.
