About The Position
Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first. The Registered Nurse Supervisor directs and supervises the day-to-day clinical care team, services, and programs on assigned shifts, promoting and restoring patients’ health. The supervisor develops staff, collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary professionals, and provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
Requirements
- RN license required.
- CPR certification required.
- Professional nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Supervisory experience in a team lead role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Promote and restore patients’ health by directing and supervising the day-to-day clinical care team, services, and programs on assigned shifts.
- Direct and develop staff.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff.
- Provide physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
