About The Position

Banner Rehabilitation Hospital, in partnership with Select Medical, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care in its inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. The hospital serves people facing medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges associated with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputations, and multiple traumas. This is a per diem position on 12-hour night shifts, scheduled 7:00–7:30. Compensation is $52.00.

The hospital offers an extensive orientation program to support the transition into the rehabilitation setting. Demonstrated skills and dedication may lead to potential full-time opportunities. Requirements

• Valid state RN license.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required at hire.

Nice To Haves

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program.
• Clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
