About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in a long-term care and nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will utilize their clinical skills and nursing knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Adhere to established nursing protocols and safety standards.
