About The Position

Cura of Sauk Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support patients throughout their healthcare journey. The RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and contributes to Cura Health’s commitment to excellence in patient care. This is a full-time day position with 12-hour shifts and every-third-weekend scheduling. Starting wage is $37 per hour, plus a $3 per hour shift differential. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 is offered for a full-time position.

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
Basic Life Support (BLS).
Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Monitor patients’ conditions, document symptoms and progress, and report significant changes to physicians and healthcare team members.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Follow infection-control standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients when appropriate.
