About The Position
AristaCare at Manchester is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN), welcoming new graduates. The role is based at its skilled nursing facility in Manchester Township, New Jersey. Applicants work directly with AristaCare’s in-house Talent Acquisition Team throughout recruitment, rather than through a third-party staffing or recruitment agency. AristaCare at Manchester participates in the federal CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes initiative. Eligible nurses may receive up to $50,000 in federal financial support: up to $40,000 in student loan repayment and an additional stipend of up to $10,000 for qualifying nurses and recent nursing graduates. CMS payments are made directly to eligible nurses each quarter and are taxable. Participation requires an average of at least 30 hours of work per week and a three-year service commitment at a participating center. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license, or scheduled/eligible for an upcoming NCLEX examination.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong clinical, communication, and resident-focused care skills.
