About The Position

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to provide care across multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region as needed. The role involves partnering with associates and residents and contributing to the organization’s compassionate care culture. Requirements

• Hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Have the organizational skills needed to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and administer them correctly.
• Travel to facilities and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required or needed.
