About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate nursing care at its 87-bed facility in West Salem, Wisconsin. Nurses administer medications and treatments based on resident needs, provide care in alignment with individualized care plans, document records and reports accurately and promptly, and follow infection control policies and procedures. They collaborate with team members and leadership to improve workflows and resident care outcomes. The position offers first- and second-shift opportunities, with full-time and part-time schedules available. First-shift weekend schedules include two weekends on and one weekend off, or every other weekend. Shifts are eight hours. Candidates must hold a current RN or LPN license. Requirements

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Ability to administer medications.
IV certification.
Strong working knowledge of State Rules and Regulations.
A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents.
Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities
