About The Position

We are hiring a highly skilled Nurse to join a supportive team providing the best possible care to residents. The nurse provides direct nursing care, plans and monitors resident care, coordinates with consultants and physicians, and documents patient information as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care as necessary, including performing treatments and administering medication.
• Plan care, including monitoring residents’ treatment, working with consultants, implementing changes as necessary, and consulting with physicians during rounds.
• Enter patient information in the documentation system as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
