About The Position
ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking an Allergy Nurse for its Purchase office. The role provides care to patients of all ages and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on professional growth and teamwork among healthcare providers. The position includes administering allergy injections, conducting allergy and pulmonary function testing, assisting physicians with patient care, handling administrative duties, and responding to patient communications. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Competence working with computers.
Responsibilities
- Administer allergy injections and monitor patients.
- Perform food, environmental, venom, drug, and chemical allergy testing.
- Conduct pulmonary function testing.
- Assist physicians with patient care.
- Complete administrative tasks, including obtaining insurance approvals, entering data, and restocking clinical supplies.
- Respond to patient calls and messages.
