About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses at Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 115-bed facility in Salem, Ohio. In this employee-owned community, nurses provide high-quality, individualized care, build relationships with residents, and work with a supportive, compassionate team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available on day or night shifts, with 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
