This posting supports all new grad Registered Nursing positions at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
- Graduating soon or graduated with less than one year of RN practice
Responsibilities
- 6-months of hands-on experience alongside trained preceptors in 6 areas: Medical-Surgical, Intermediate Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Operating Room, and Women's Health
- Topics such as career pathing, professional development, leadership, self-care, and stress management.
