Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license (state to be verified for the assignment location)
Med Surg or inpatient nursing experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
Basic life support (BLS) certification or equivalent
Eligibility to work in the United States and comply with assignment policies

Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care for a patient or assigned group, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
Supervise and direct activities of different nursing staff levels; coordinate with other disciplines to plan and implement care.
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor for adverse effects and document responses.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the health care team; participate in discharge planning and care transitions.
Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation and uphold patient safety and quality standards.
