About The Position
Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit travel assignment in The Dalles, OR. Start date 09/08/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (Oregon) or eligibility to practice in the assignment state
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification required; CPR certification also acceptable per policy
- EPIC EMR experience required

- BSN degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ICU nursing care per standards of practice and the nursing process
- Monitor and assess patient condition; interpret data; escalate changes as needed
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support equipment per orders
- Collaborate with the care team; educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning
- Document care in the EPIC electronic health record; ensure accurate records and continuity of care
- Delegate tasks and supervise other team members to maintain safe patient care
