About The Position

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking an ICU RN to join an interdisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality, safe patient care. The successful candidate will operate within a clinical environment guided by standard nursing practice, professional ethics, and patient-centered care. The assignment emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and collaboration with the care team to support patients, families, and significant others.

Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license (or eligibility) and ability to practice in the ICU environment
• ICU nursing experience in an acute care setting
• BLS certification required
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (ASN or BSN)
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a high-acuity ICU workflow; ability to meet assignment requirements

Nice To Haves

• ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU, applying evidence-based nursing practices
• Monitor patient status continuously, interpret assessments, titrate medications as directed, and manage complex therapies including ventilator support when applicable
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other teammates to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to clinical changes, participate in rapid response escalation when needed, and uphold patient safety and infection prevention standards
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the medical record; ensure care is consistent with policies and professional standards
• Communicate with patients and families to explain plans of care, provide education, and support informed decision-making
