About The Position

FLOAT POOL POSITION - Please ensure candidate cleared on float units, ratios and flexibility on scheduling. All Protentional MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU diagnoses. Primary floating required is ICU Float but could float to all MS, MS/Tele, PCU, ICU units within the hospital. Compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. Number of Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Hours is determined by contract length (ex 8hrs for 8 week assignment; 19hrs for 19 week assignment).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• NIH certification.
• Experience with Epic.
• Ability to float to MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU diagnoses.
• Clearance on float units, ratios, and flexibility on scheduling.
• RTO MAX 7 days per contract.
• RTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th).
• Full compliance required to start on time.

Responsibilities

• Float to all MS, MS/Tele, PCU, ICU units within the hospital.
• Work every other weekend unless specified elsewhere.
• Work holidays if they fall within the assignment period as per the holiday policy.
• Maintain full compliance to start on time.
