About The Position
This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) in Templeton, California. The role involves working in an inpatient acute care setting with CCU responsibilities. The assignment is scheduled to begin on 08/31/2026 and requires working 3x12-hour shifts per week.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Ability to work in an inpatient CCU/acute care setting
- Availability to start 08/31/2026 and commit to a 13-week travel assignment

- CCU/critical care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of CCU patients.
- Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care as part of the care team.
- Meet the established Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among health care team members.
- Document patient status, monitor changes, and respond to clinical deterioration with appropriate action.
- Maintain patient safety, advocate for patients and families, and participate in handoffs and rounds as required.
- Contribute to care planning, discharge planning, and quality improvement activities within the CCU.
