About The Position

This is a contract Case Management Registered Nurse position at an acute care facility in Eureka, California. The nurse provides case management care and may float between like units based on facility needs. Applicants need acute care experience; first-time travelers may be considered with clinical approval, and local candidates are accepted. Charting is performed in Epic. The schedule is a day shift, five 8-hour shifts, 8:00–16:30, with work every other weekend. Call is not required. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available. Free parking is provided on the first day, with assignment parking details shared during orientation. The facility also offers housing assistance to travelers who need help finding accommodations.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Acute care experience.
• Case management nursing skills.
• Proficiency with the Epic charting system.
• Ability to float between like units as needed.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
