About The Position

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse – Case Manager to support the Trainee Health Squadron at Reid Medical Clinic, Lackland AFB, in San Antonio, Texas. The role supports the health and readiness of the military community by coordinating patient care and helping ensure continuity of services.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with no nights, weekends, or federal holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, and sick leave.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license meeting Texas requirements.
• Three years of RN Case Management experience within the last four years.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, including hands-on training.
• Case Management certification such as CCM, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, RN-NCM, or another PWS-approved certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individualized patient care and treatment plans.
• Manage referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness.
