About The Position

This is a contract travel nursing position providing case management nursing care in an acute care hospital setting in Eureka, California. The nurse will float between like units based on facility needs and use Epic for charting and documentation. The schedule is a day shift, five 8-hour shifts, from 8:00 to 16:30, with work every other weekend. Call is not required. First-time travelers may be considered subject to clinical approval, and local candidates are accepted. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available. Requested time off must be included at the time of submission. The assignment includes free parking on the first day, with assignment parking provided during orientation. COVID-19 vaccination is not required; flu vaccination status is unknown.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Acute care experience.
• Proficiency with the Epic charting system.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
