About The Position
The Registered Nurse - Case Manager will float between Petaluma Valley Hospital (400 N. McDowell Blvd, Petaluma) and Healdsburg Hospital (1375 University Ave, Healdsburg), which are approximately 30 minutes apart. The schedule varies by week and may include three days at one location and two at the other, with the split changing from week to week or due to PTO. The role includes every-other-weekend work. EPIC experience is a hard requirement, and all requested time off must be submitted upfront.

- Work as a case manager across the Petaluma and Healdsburg locations.
- Float between the two facilities according to a variable weekly schedule.
