About The Position

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate care to patients and their families. The role helps patients spend quality time with loved ones and participate in activities they enjoy, builds trusting relationships with patients and families, educates caregivers, and collaborates with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.

Requirements

• RN license in the state where the employee works.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
