About The Position

Ozanam Hall Nursing Home of Queens, a faith-based nonprofit skilled geriatric care and short-term rehabilitation facility, is hiring a Registered Dietitian for its Clinical Nutrition Department. The role works with the Clinical team to provide comprehensive nutrition support for acute and long-term care residents. Requirements

• Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
• A master's or bachelor's degree and completion of a dietetic internship program.
• At least 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
• Knowledge of current best practices in medical nutrition therapy.
• Strong knowledge of State and Federal regulatory guidelines, MDS, and standards impacting Clinical Nutrition departments in Long-Term Care.
• Excellent client service, organization, and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Point Click Care.
