Registered Dietitian Clinical Research – PRN
About The Position
EmVenio Research is hiring per diem Registered Dietitians to conduct virtual clinical trial visits. The company provides clinical trial visits to participants and manages its own Registered Dietitians. No prior research experience is required; on-the-job training and GCP training certification are provided. The role performs the full scope of Registered Dietitian practice, including virtual lifestyle counseling to improve nutrition and dietary quality, mental health and coping skills, and health behavior and lifestyle habits aligned with participants’ goals and values. Dietitians schedule visits within required appointment windows, complete virtual visits, and work with Clinical Project Managers and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documents promptly. The role also requires staying informed about nutrition and food health updates and performing additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited dietetics program if the CDR examination was before January 1, 2024.
- Graduate degree from an accredited dietetics program if the CDR examination was on or after January 1, 2024.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Current state dietitian license or certification in good standing, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual lifestyle counseling to improve nutrition and dietary quality, mental health and coping skills, and health behavior and lifestyle habits aligned with participants’ goals and values.
- Set appointments with subjects within the required appointment window.
- Complete virtual visits for clinical trial subjects.
- Work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documents in a timely manner.
- Stay informed on the latest nutrition and food health updates.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.
