About The Position
EmVenio Research is hiring per diem Registered Dietitians for virtual clinical-trial visits. The role provides nutrition and lifestyle counseling to study participants and supports the completion of visits according to study protocols. No research experience is required; on-the-job training and GCP certification training are provided. The position is part of a general staffing pool, with an hourly rate of $42.00 plus commute, mileage, training, and administrative pay.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited dietetics program if the CDR examination was taken before January 1, 2024.
- Graduate degree from an accredited dietetics program if the CDR examination was taken on or after January 1, 2024.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Current state dietitian license or certification in good standing, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual lifestyle counseling to improve nutrition and dietary quality, mental health, coping skills, and health behaviors and lifestyle habits aligned with participants’ goals and values.
- Schedule appointments with subjects within the required appointment window.
- Complete virtual visits for clinical-trial subjects.
- Work cooperatively with the Clinical Project Manager and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documents promptly.
- Stay informed about current nutrition and food health updates.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
