RDH - Hygienist $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
West Coast Dental and Magicland Children’s Dental are hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education across a growing, multi-location dental organization in Southern California. The role serves a diverse patient population across ages and insurance types, and involves collaboration with dentists and clinical teams to coordinate care. Hygienists educate patients about treatment plans and insurance options, maintain accurate documentation and clinical compliance, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment. The organization describes a supportive, high-volume practice environment with modern technology, fully equipped offices, clinical and administrative support, and consistent patient flow. Experienced hygienists can expand their clinical expertise, while new graduates can receive hands-on mentorship, chart reviews, one-to-one coaching, and company-sponsored continuing education. Scheduling may be full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling; Monday–Saturday availability may be required. Compensation is $50–$65 per hour plus performance bonuses, and the posting advertises a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Active state dental hygiene license; graduation from an accredited program is required.
