Experienced Registered Dental Assistant
About The Position
Dentists of Arlington is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to support patient care and clinical excellence. The role offers opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and develop clinical efficiency while working with modern dental technology and a team focused on caring for patients in the local community. The Registered Dental Assistant is a patient and clinician advocate and contributes to the Perfect Patient Experience®. Compensation is $21.25–$29.50 per hour. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment to the best possible treatment with urgency.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable.
- Complete patient X-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate and as directed by the dentist.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with American Dental Association guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and other regulations and policies, including OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, and HR policies and practices.
