About The Position

Pavilions Dental Group is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to support oral health care and contribute to a positive patient experience. Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment to the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable.
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate and at the direction of the dentist.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with American Dental Association guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and other regulations and policies, including OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, and HR policies and practices.
