About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Attica, Indiana. The schedule is Monday-Friday mornings, approximately 25 hours per week. This position is for a single client case with exact session times from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, within a school setting. A BCBA is already assigned to this client and provides treatment plans and handoffs before the first session. Current RBTs are given priority for new cases.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday-Friday mornings, approximately 25 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for completed work.
• Participate in real supervision, including QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Engage actively in sessions with the client.
