About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role serving one client in Waukee, Iowa. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons, approximately 6 hours per week, with exact session times from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a single client, providing direct therapy based on a treatment plan developed by an assigned BCBA. Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons (approx. 6 hours/week).
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stay active and engaged in session.

• Seeking BCBA supervision and a pathway to BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy (97153) according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for work performed.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs for treatment plan implementation and client handoffs.
