About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Kapolei, Hawaii. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by an assigned BCBA. The position offers real supervision with in-session checks, observations, and feedback, along with data collection and note submission. Non-billable time is compensated, and the company emphasizes supporting families on Medicaid and ensuring continuity of care. The clinical team brings over 40 years of combined ABA experience.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat afternoons, about 8 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Engage actively in client sessions.
