About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a client in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. This position involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. The role includes collecting session data and submitting notes. Supervision is provided through in-session QA and IOA checks, observations, and feedback.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri afternoons, about 14 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in supervision, including QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
