About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a part-time position with a specific schedule of Wednesday and Friday afternoons, totaling approximately 6 hours per week. The role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by a BCBA. Supervision is provided, including in-session checks and feedback. The technician will collect session data and submit notes. This position is for a single client case, and the hours/days are fixed.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Wed/Fri afternoons, about 6 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

• Complimentary support to get RBT certification is offered by Step Ahead if not yet certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data.
• Submit notes for the work performed.
