About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Cushing, Oklahoma. This part-time position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday afternoons, approximately 17.5 hours per week, with exact session times from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. A BCBA is already assigned to the client and will provide a treatment plan and a thorough handoff before the first session. Step Ahead ABA prioritizes internal candidates for new cases, giving current RBTs the first opportunity. The company is dedicated to providing therapy to autistic children and their families, regardless of income, by supporting families on Medicaid across Oklahoma. They ensure dedicated care managers and schedules that accommodate the client's needs, family availability, and the RBT's schedule, rather than adhering to corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday–Friday afternoons, approximately 17.5 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan created by the BCBA.
• Participate in real supervision, including QA and IOA checks, observations, and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes for completed work.
• Attend training and required meetings.
