About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for a single client case in Mililani, Hawaii. This part-time position offers approximately 15 hours per week, with sessions scheduled Monday through Friday afternoons. The role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan developed by a BCBA, collecting session data, and submitting notes. Supervision is provided through in-session checks, observations, and feedback. The company emphasizes supporting families on Medicaid and building schedules around client needs, family availability, and the technician's availability, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons, about 15 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Attend required meetings and training.
