About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Waianae, Hawaii. The schedule is Monday-Friday afternoons, approximately 15 hours per week, with exact session times from 3-6 PM. A BCBA is already assigned to the client and will provide a treatment plan and handoff before the first session. Step Ahead ABA supports families on Medicaid and aims to keep therapy plans open by building schedules around the client's clinical needs, the family's availability, and the RBT's availability, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday-Friday afternoons, approximately 15 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for work performed.
• Participate in real supervision, including QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
