About The Position

The Registered Behavior Technician provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a clinic-based setting. The role uses a play-based Reggio ABA™ approach to help children build life skills, including communication, social engagement, toileting, and managing emotions. The RBT implements individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collects progress data, supports daily care tasks, and works with teammates and families. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The schedule cannot be modified because it is aligned with clients’ prescribed therapy sessions.
