About The Position

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to provide in-home ABA therapy using naturalistic, child-led approaches. The role offers hands-on training, individualized support, and professional growth for both new and already-certified technicians. Services may be delivered in clients’ homes, schools, communities, or a clinic, and the environment and daily schedule may vary based on client needs. The position pays $20–$25 per hour and offers generous PTO, social programs, and courses.

Requirements

RBT certification or availability to complete 14-day training.
Must pass a background check.
Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Consistent Monday–Friday availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required training.
Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach.
Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
