About The Position

Autism and Behavioral Spectrum is seeking a compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1, clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. RBTs help children build life skills using the play-based Reggio ABA™ approach and receive on-site support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team leaders. The role is physically and emotionally active, involving floor-based play and support with communication, potty training, and emotional regulation. The position may involve responding calmly and professionally to behaviors such as screaming, biting, or hitting, using non-restraint, proactive environmental strategies and reinforcement-based techniques. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential from paid training onward. This is a full-time, clinic-based position scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. The schedule cannot be modified because it is aligned with clients’ prescribed therapy sessions. Hiring depends on site availability, clinical skill-set matching, and candidate fit. The stated starting pay is $20.00 per hour for candidates with active RBT certification and at least three months of experience working with children ages 2–6. The company offers training, supervision, feedback, merit-based raises, and opportunities for career progression and leadership.
