About The Position

NiteLines USA is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care to approximately 20–30 assigned clients or consumers at a State of Missouri facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The role is scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. A schedule of four hours each morning, five days per week, is preferred, though other schedules may be allowed by HCPH.

The Dietitian completes nutrition assessments, follows up with consumers according to their nutrition risk, provides individualized interventions, participates in interdisciplinary care, coordinates with Food Service staff regarding special dietary needs, facilitates weekly nutrition groups, and approves weekly menu changes. The position is listed for a duration of six months and pays $40.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Dietitian in Missouri.
• Maintain registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and annual nutrition assessments of assigned consumers.
• Follow up with consumers monthly or quarterly, depending on nutrition risk.
• Provide individualized interventions based on consumers’ nutrition and health goals.
• Attend and participate in interdisciplinary care of consumers.
• Communicate with Food Service staff about assigned consumers’ special dietary needs.
• Facilitate weekly nutrition-based groups with consumers.
• Approve weekly menu changes.
