About The Position
The Groundskeeper maintains the grounds of the property and works toward the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention. The posting also describes maintenance duties, including completing work orders and apartment repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, maintaining grounds and curb appeal, and performing painting, cleaning, and general property maintenance. The role includes seasonal duties such as snow removal and property safety, as well as providing customer service to residents and helping keep the community safe and well maintained.
Requirements
- Enjoy hands-on work and solving problems.
- Be dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Have basic knowledge of hand tools and general repairs.
- Be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Be willing to participate in an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
