About The Position

Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is hiring a Repair Representative to assist customers with emergency needs involving towing, rentals, glass repairs, and physical damage repair coordination. The representative obtains, evaluates, analyzes, negotiates, and monitors tow, rental, and glass repairs, and helps coordinate body and mechanical repairs as needed. This is a full-time, 100% work-from-home position for someone residing in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The department operates Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. CST. Pay is $17.69–$19.14 per hour, with placement in the range determined by factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs.

Requirements

Must reside in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
At least one year of customer service experience.
At least one year of administration experience.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must meet all work-from-home technical requirements.
Must have reliable, consistent high-speed internet from a terrestrial cable or fiber provider; DSL and satellite are not accepted.
Internet connection must have a validated minimum upload speed of 5 Mb, download speed of 25 Mb, and latency under 100 ms.

Nice To Haves

Automotive repair experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in automotive collision repair or a similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

Field calls to assist customers with emergency needs, including tows, rentals, and physical damage coordination.
Analyze and negotiate repair time and parts prices with glass vendors and tow facilities to ensure accurate and cost-effective repairs.
Ensure timely payment of vehicle repair and parts invoices.
Request and review tax and business certificates to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Work closely with Risk Management teams to achieve and maintain department expectations and goals.
Assist Claims Support Coordinators with call-backs and follow-ups as needed.
