Registered Behavior Technician - In-Clinic/In-Home
About The Position
The Treetop is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children in its clinic and in home settings in Phoenix, Arizona (85037). RBTs work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. They track progress, celebrate milestones, and update families on each child’s progress. The Treetop provides training and support for candidates who are new to ABA, along with guidance from BCBAs. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with scheduling and caseloads based on employee availability and client needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Patient and dependable, with enthusiasm for working with children.

- ABA experience.
