The Treetop is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Tucson South and surrounding areas. RBTs work one-to-one with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves tracking progress, celebrating developmental milestones, and keeping families informed about each child's progress. Sessions take place in clients' homes, so technicians need to work independently while staying connected with the clinical team. Training and support are provided, including for people new to ABA and those working toward RBT certification. The Treetop describes itself as a supportive, inclusive team committed to helping children grow and reach their potential. Scheduling and caseloads are flexible based on employee availability and client needs. The position may suit someone seeking either part-time hours or a full-time career.
