Registered Behavior Technician - RBT In-Clinic/In-Home
About The Position
The Treetop is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in the San Tan/Queen Creek area and surrounding communities. RBTs work directly with children with autism and other developmental differences in their homes, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. The role includes tracking each child's progress, celebrating milestones, and keeping families informed. Technicians work independently during sessions while remaining connected to and guided by the clinical team. Training and support are provided, including for people who are new to ABA.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Patient, dependable, and interested in working with children.
- Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within the service area.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience.
- Existing RBT certification; applicants who are not yet certified may receive training and support to earn certification.
Responsibilities
- Work one-to-one with children with autism and other developmental differences.
- Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
- Track clients' progress and recognize milestones.
- Keep families updated on how their child is doing.
- Work with clients in their homes and coordinate with the clinical team.
