About The Position

The Treetop is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide clinic-based and in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental differences across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas. RBTs work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. They track progress, celebrate milestones, and keep families updated on each child’s progress. In-home sessions take place in clients’ homes, and the role requires working independently while staying connected with the clinical team. The Treetop provides training for people who are new to ABA, along with ongoing supervision and career development. Scheduling and caseloads are flexible based on employee availability and client needs; part-time hours or a full-time schedule may be available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Comfort traveling to clients’ homes within the service area.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver’s license.
Auto insurance.
Patience, dependability, and enthusiasm for working with children.

Nice To Haves

ABA experience.
Existing RBT certification.
