About The Position

The Treetop is hiring in-clinic and in-home Registered Behavior Technicians across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas. RBTs work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. They track progress, recognize achievements, and update families on each child’s progress. In-home sessions take place in clients’ natural environments, and the role requires working independently while staying connected with the clinical team. Training is provided, including for people new to ABA. The company offers part-time or full-time schedules, with flexibility based on employee availability and client needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Patient, dependable, and excited about working with children.
• Comfortable traveling to clients’ homes within the service area.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience.
• Existing Registered Behavior Technician certification.

Responsibilities
