Registered Behavior Technician - RBT In-Clinic/In-Home
About The Position
The Treetop is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in San Tan/Queen Creek and surrounding areas. Technicians work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental differences in their homes, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. The role involves tracking progress, celebrating milestones, and updating families on how their child is doing. Employees work independently during sessions while staying connected with the clinical team. Training and support are provided, including for those new to ABA, and the company offers support to earn RBT certification. Scheduling and caseloads may be tailored to availability and client needs. Part-time hours or a full-time career may be available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfort traveling to clients' homes within the service area.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Patient, dependable, and excited about working with children.
Nice To Haves
- ABA experience is a plus.
- Applicants who are not yet RBT-certified may receive training and support to earn certification.
Responsibilities
